Short Term Disability

You are eligible to enroll in Short Term Disability coverage at competitive group rates.  This coverage provides a benefit equal to 70% of your weekly earnings to a maximum of $450 per week.  Benefits begin on the 8^th day of your disability and continue for 12 weeks or until you’re no longer disabled.
